- Assist with immigration documents details to ensure that your official entry into Thailand occurs without any delays.
- After collecting your luggage from the airport baggage claim area, escort VIP guest to them limousine or hotel representative
DEPARTURE SERVICE
- Meet and greet guests at VIP counter in the departure hall (after check-in at airline counter).
- Take a good care of all guest’s hand carry luggage.
- Escort VIP guest through exclusive fast track immigration counter, where staff will ensure that your official exit from Thailand occurs without any delays. If so required, staff accompanies you to the VAT refund claim center.
- Escort VIP guest through second airport security checkpoint and get into departure hall.
- Escort VIP guest to Lounge.
- Lounge Facilities: internet/Wi-Fi access, iPad/notebook, international newspapers & magazines, fax/telephone, variety of food & beverages, soft drink, kids corner, foot massagers services, wheelchair access, flight information services
